Jack's is the kind of place where a person can sit down and be comfortable.

A genuine neighborhood tavern that serves good food, friendly staff and customers who all have interesting stories. On weekends, there are sometimes hoards of motorcycles. Some of them are pretty interesting.

Florida, one block from the beach. You can see the Atlantic Ocean at the end of the street.

When the weather turns cool, and even though

this is Florida, the weather does sometimes turn

COOL, for those who want to stay outside, they

build a fire for us.

When the weather gets too hot, there is a

swimming pool where the guests are welcome.

It's right next to the outside bar.

Food at Jack's is a whole 'nother story. I first heard about them because of their barbecued pork and barbecued beef sandwiches. If you eat one of those, you know you've been fed and it's good enough that I guarantee you'll be back for another, every chance you get. But Barbecue isn't all that Jack's excels at. For those of us who want to stay out of the sun,

there is also plenty of indoor bar and table space

with a large "L" shaped Bar.

Since my camera doesn't take pictures around
